What kind of sled do you use? I have a huge wheelbarrow that I put
large tiller tires on(for traction), but I know that wouldn't work in
heavy snow.
It's a heavy plastic sled that I bought many years ago. It's about 30x48" and pulls as easily on grass as on snow. Over the years I've hauled firewood, kids, compost, dead sheep, live calves, and everything else in it. It's starting to fall apart. I've been looking at replacements, but the cost is prohibative...I KNOW I didn't pay anywhere near what they are asking today.
The humididty stays high (it's 82% right now, at 17 degrees). Someone from Canada commented that it feels colder here because the humidity is higher.
Already I am slowing down,
like a rusting tin man. It took me 10-15 minutes(with pain) to bring inI hope it helps you. Being fit is so important. It often comes down to things just not getting done if WE can't do them. I often wonder what would happen if I was incapacitated...if I'm just sick or injured I drag myself around, but if I couldn't...
wood for the day's fire this morning, a task that normally only takes 5
minutes or less sans pain.
