Bob: Exit strategy is very important for any investment,
Dead wrong. That's a city mindset. To a homesteader, one's land is the
most important financial investment of their lifetime. There is no
exit strategy. One lives there until one dies. Heartwood is held as a
family trust. It will never be sold in our lifetime.
Our exit strategy is a hose from an exhaust pipe.
Bob: Things might be different this time, why does one man need more
than five acres (or 3 acres or whatever), maximum?
