No. He uses leverage without metal and he is leveraging massive weights.
Movers put refrigs and freezers on their backs and carry them up stairwells;
that is about balance. This man's sticks and stones leveraging , also, has
much to do about balance. I am nott good explaining this stuff; but, it
isn't like 'walking" a washer or dryer.
