30 out of 33 but I would have to argue with this one. I've annoyed lots of
teachers.
33) If taxes equal government spending, then:
A. government debt is zero
B. printing money no longer causes inflation
C. government is not helping anybody
D. tax per person equals government spending per person
E. tax loopholes and special-interest spending are absent
The correct answer is D, or so says the grader of my test.
If person A pays $1000 in taxes and receives only $500 in gooberment services
and the remaining $500 pays for programs that benefit persons B and C is
answer D really correct?
