They have little newspapers , usually on corner newstands, where you can put in an ad for "whatever",-- maybe "woman seeking farmer with octavious birthsign"?
You have been married before, you know the deal. You can find the right man when it becomes worth your effort. Maybe it never will. You seem to be doing pretty darn well, right by yourself.........bobford

I've spent lots of time in the feed store, the Do It
center (hardware
store), and anywhere else farmers might gather (expect
Dunkin Donuts, where
all the 'over 80' farmers hang out). I've never
worn a wedding ring (I don't
wear any jewlery), but I don't attract much attention.
The vast majority of
farmers here seem to be married....it's almost
impossible to run a farm
alone. You either need the extra help or the off-farm
income from a spouse.

When I worked, I did not wear my wedding ring. I noticed
that I would
get 'looks' in the farm store when I bought feed
and such. I'd be
joking around with the store owner, turn to walk away, and
notice that
several men would be smiling at me....you might think about
getting to
know the feed and seed folks a bit better..lol
