This is the reason many tell me they home brew. They can experiment in many
ways and test the results. They all tell me do not be afraid to experiment,
the worst you can do is dump 5 gallons of brew and start over. Papazian in
one of his books recommends keeping a log so you can recreate a particularly
good brew but he warns that exact duplication is next to impossible, instead
revel in the differences.
