My husband snores badly but really only if he's consumed dairy. I give him
help much.
I wear ear plugs almost every night (even if he's not snoring), which is
pretty bad considering we live in the country and it's supposedly quiet.
I've always been a light sleeper; owls at night, birds in the morning,
neighbor's dogs that occasionally come over and bark, our dogs (when
outside), anyone up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom, all of
the above usually wakes me up.
I don't know how I slept in the suburbs and city. Guess I got used to the
noise.
