What I read said that for a hedge fence, you plant them 1 foot apart and
within 4 years, your 'fence' will be "horse high, bull-strong, and
hog-tight" in 4 years

I figured after 15-20 years, I should have some good fenceposts.
Apparently, from just reading between the lines, it is suitable for
coppicing, too. I need to research that to make sure.
