They're a West Coast tree and you only find them east of the Rockies where
they've been planted. They do well anywhere and in any climate. They grow
in Canada and in Texas <g> Can't get much different than that.
You do NOT want the Big Cone Doug Fir. Pseudotsuga menziesii (Mirb.) Franco
is the tree that is used by a large % of the Christmas tree farms.
