I agree completely. The answer, of course, is that WalMart doesn't
want the competition. I'm hopeful that if things get tough enough --
and I, like most people here, have every reason to think that they
will -- that small businesses -- can shed the regulations that are
solely intended to drive them out of business. Even the Russians
allowed peasants to sell from their small plots, for heaven's sake.
