Really? I did not realize you could just eat them like that.
I have all kinds of allergies, and they are just getting worse.
There is a hotel in town that is landscaped with junipers. Everytime I
pass by there, I park and collect berries. I have about a quart of
dried berries. People think I am nuts. I actually have never used
them, but I know they are potent medicine. I had a cream once, made of
cucumbers and juniper berries that kept mosquitoes away. No one knows
what is in Skin So Soft, but my guess would be juniper berries.
If this in any way might help my allergies, I'll do it in a heartbeat.
I'll check the bushes while I am in town. Who knows, perhaps it will
help with my swollen fingers, too. Thanks Sage, and although I did not
say it in the other thread, I am amazed at what you guys are doing out
there. Great going...

That's probably it. I start about now swallowing whole juniper
berries once a week so that I don't get "cedar fever" in the winter.
It sure beats shots and is absolutely free. Only they are harder to
find after a drought.
