While everyone spends there time arguing back and forth on this, I decided
to go see my trusty old Webster which I found quite interesting and they
(Webster) has changed the way they write the method of pronouncing the word.
My old Webster doesn't agree with the net Webster and since this stupid
e-mail program won't allow me to insert the fancy foo foo letters from W/P,
here is the web version Nu"cle*al\, Nuclear \Nu"cle*ar\. Now the older,
hard copy is "n" followed by two "oo" which have a line over (tool, crew,
moo) them followed by the stress symbol followed by (no space) "k" "l" and
an e with the line over it (me, be) a space and an upside down "e" (schwa:
neutral vowel sound such as in over), followed by "r" which gives us New
klee air.
