Anyone know the weight-per-square-foot of limestone?
Most (solid) stone is about 3000 pounds per cubic yard.
Thats roughly 110 pounds per cubic foot.
(This is from memory nearly 30 years old.)
So it would depend on how thick the limestone is.
a square foot would be:
55 pounds if 6" thick
28 pounds if 3" thick
