No doubt later messages have explained, but:
You can't get something for nothing.
You CAN put energy back into the system while you are braking, and at
least some rail motors do this. It works because:
-there is enough money to make it work,
-and there are a LOT of cars on the same electric line at the same
time to use the electricity put back in.
