It's good that UNESCO has finally gotten on board with natural
practices and local production. For a long time we have been told that
there is no food shortage, that there is only a transportation problem.
I say this with regret, but there will always be such problems until
population has decreased substantially. I can hardly bear the sight of
a child wasting away from malnutrition. But mass starvation would at
least leave more food for the survivors.
