You can also take a box and line the inside and flaps with aluminum
foil. Use 4 old cans inside for a rack to sit on. Put charcoal in an
old pie pan under the rack. 50 degrees per briquette. Put whatever
you want to cook on rack and close flaps. Do not open often. It
bakes to perfection. After Katrina came through we had no
electricity for 8 days and used this box oven to bake. It works
great.
