A glance at a list of America's fastest growing "cities" reveals
quite a
surprise: most are really overgrown suburbs.
Chris is currently enjoying a dream job with the team that is
creating a new master-planned community on ten thousand acres of
desert west of Phoenix. The project is in Buckeye, which was
incorporated eighty years ago as a 440 acre town and now has a
planning area of almost 600 square miles. It has a current population
of about 30,000 and is predicted to one day have a greater population
than Phoenix.
