If it is just a small operation, then your best bet is to do recyled waste
oil. *Most* places haven't discovered this and thus you can get the oil
free for the taking.
Round here the market is quickly being filled. The home biobrewers are
starting to pay some folks. The restaurants are converting to supply
their heating systems using the fry waste. And a couple enterprising
guys have gotten to be middle men by collecting and spin filtering (too
expensive for most home users or homebrewers who use disposable
filters.) Waste fryer grease is running 37 cents/gallon (filtered and
delivered within their run.) It does replace my furnace oil which is
currently 2.47/gal. without any further conversion.
