Bev,
Don't be worried about taking something to sleep. I
have spent most of my adult life in a state of
tiredness. Ruled out chronic fatigue, so sleep study
determined that I never get a good nights sleep. Now
that my insurance company has figured out that I'm not
living in KC, I need to schedule another study to see
if a cpap will help.
The point is lack of good sleep can really cut down on
the quality of life so taking medicine can be the
better option.
