That statement is meaningless unless as it does not reference the

and analysts and professors and think-tank turkeys are expected to
produce words, ideally words that excite and draw attention to their
publishers. As in this case, they strive to craft startling quotes.
In this age of info-babble overload it is necessary to keep one's
bullshit detector fully tuned. Be alert for where the money is. Be
alert for the opinion in search of validation. Be alert for lerts;
the world needs more lerts and fewer deletes.
