Of course, if he were wiretapping citizens, you would be correct, but as the
specific calls being requested at the time were foreign in nature, and a
warrant does not have to be obtained for both parties in a conversation, this
was almost certainly legal. If the govt. wants to tap your phone, they cover
themselves to do so legally, it matters not whom you call. A separate warrant

not required.

the accusations of a particular paper and ordered them siezed and burned, the
doors locked, and the arrest of the writers, editors, distributors, and Yes,
