I can't believe that prices will go down in my area any time soon. Just
to our south there's a huge mass of soon-to-retire baby boomers who are
just dying to traipse throught the woods with flowers in their hair
(bear in mind that much of inner-city California resembles a burned-out
war zone). It all depends on whether They manage to have a big enough
crisis to take all the flower children's money before they reach
retirement age. If they're as wealthy as anticipated in 2010 (when the
first boomer retires, theoretically), then I expect that this place
would soon sell for a million bucks (were I so inclined).
