Were NOLA not
populated with sheople who *expected* someone/everyone else to do their
thinking for them and to provide for them, a large portion of the current
mess could have been avoided.
I wonder the percentages. Seems to me that there was a laid-back culture
there of people who simply chose to live low on the economic/social scale.
Not right or wrong; it's their right to choose. But I feel, as with
motorcyclists who choose to not wear helmets, that society has no
obligation to bail them out of the results of their choices.
