I just grabbed my _Encyclopedia of Country Living_ and the only thing I
could find about sexing was that in a hatchery they are sexed by
"vent-sexing specialists" who use a lighted magnifying glass which straps
to their heads.
So I guess you check the vents with a magnifying glass...but I wouldn't
have a clue what to look for since the typical boy/girl parts aren't there.
If you buy Sex-links you can tell the sex by their color. Sex-links tend
to be a good egg-meat combination.
