Sort of yes and sort of no. Yes, part would be invested in the stock
market. Blue chips or whatever the heck they call it. HOWEVER, the big
diff is that every single person wouldn't be charged a fee to handle the
investiments. Penson funds have their own investment management firms and
they don't charge 20%. They don't even charge 10%. AND, the whole amount
would be earning money in one form or another.
For example, PERS floats real estate loans plus invests in stocks, etc.
