The word Christmas derives from, "Christ's Mass", ......duh!! Sort of a
Christian thingy??
The season was melded with the "pagan" winter-rituals, for the sake of
enlightening the ignorant to the true meaning of the "seasons" as God had
first created them to be.
>From the very beginning of the Creation God knew that a salvation would be
needed for those who would go astray from there first intended estates. The
whole creation reveals God and His designs and intentions. Pagans could see
these things in minor ways, but never understood their deeper meanings until
God sent His Son, to reveal it all.
Sure is hard, trying to teach Neo, or long-term pagans all of this!!
