We ended up with a hand cranked rope and bucket that we use a lot, since
then we have got electricity brought up to the place so I have pipe and a
submerged pump. That works good, but as electricity is expensive and out
sometimes, we try not to use it.
These are really getting popular in Central America and can get a lot of
water up easily.
