I don't have dry heat but we do have some cold in the winter, some snow, and
elevations about that. Because it is what I am used to, I have no idea what
I do "differently". I do know that I've never had any "trouble" when I was
learning or when trying new recipes -- any adaptations must have been pretty
easy and intuitive.
