"The Art & Skill of Diverse Relationship Building"
Part 1: May 5, 9:30 - 11:30 am (EDT) Part 2: May 7, 9:30 - 11:30 am (EDT)
Building strong, ongoing relationships – with people from many different backgrounds – is a key step for building an inclusive organization. But
it’s a step that stops many people in their tracks. This highly-interactive workshop creates a supportive environment for participants to explore the attitudes, skills, behaviors, and organizational norms that can help (or hinder) in building respectful relationships
across many kinds of “difference.”
Part 1: May 19, 9:30 - 11:30 am (EDT) Part 2: May 21, 9:30 - 11:30 am (EDT)
In the search for diverse leadership, people often ignore the large pool of informal, emerging and potential leaders that already exists all around
them. This workshop will strengthen your ability to build strong relationships with people from many different backgrounds; help you recognize and tap the diverse leadership already in your organization and community; and teach you practical ways to systematically
build engagement and leadership on our team to better generate innovation and impact.
