Gardening and Climate Change Conference Choose from 10 different eco-gardening workshops in one day! This year's theme is Gardening and Climate Change
- find out how good gardening practices can help reduce greenhouse emissions by reducing food miles and increasing carbon sequestration while providing food and beauty around your home. Learn how to cook using renewable energy – solar cookers, solar burners
and cooking on a woodstove – and how to preserve the harvest by canning, freezing and dehydrating.
Cost: $8 per class or a special rate of $25 for 4 classes. Participants may bring a bag lunch to eat at CCE
