Wednesday, July 3, 6:30-8:30 pm at Cooperative Extension Education Center, 615 Willow Avenue, Ithaca NY This class will cover techniques that will help you learn to save healthy, viable seed for next year’s garden. You will gain hands-on experience in learning to select
the best plants for seed production, rogueing out off-types, identifying disease symptoms on seed-bearing plants, and how to hand-pollinate crops like summer squash to prevent out-crossing.
