Dear permaculture pals,
I tried to send this to the list last week and somehow failed to get it through. Here goes again! There are two more weeks left in the Ithaca Freeskool urban gardening skillshare that I am hosting. Come one over and share your skills and ideas on growing vegetables in town. Details below. We will definitely be at 212 Wood St.on Oct. 13.
Thanks! Gail

Are you growing food in your yard, on your porch roof, on your driveway?
Do you want to be? Now is the time to plan for next growing season!
Come prepared to ask & answer questions about growing food in the
city & creatively using space for gardening. Topics can include
raised beds, container gardening, dealing with lead in soils, shade
gardening, where to get materials, & others. In the first meeting
we’ll look at my garden while there is light. If you have a downtown
garden we can visit in later meetings, speak up now! RSVPs with a little
about your needs, interests, & experience are appreciated. Folks
with all levels of gardening experience, including none, are welcome.
