Thought this might be a good forum to ask this question: This article (http://abcnews.go.com/International/worlds-oldest-complete-torah-scroll-found-italian-professor/story?id=19280022#.UaY795wvlVU) claims that this 12th-13th century manuscript is the "oldest complete torah scroll," but Codex Leningradensis dates to 1008-9 AD.
Is the Torah portion of Leningradensis lacking in some way, or is Leningradensis not in the running for "oldest Torah scroll" because it also contains the Prophets and the Writings?Sincerely,Chris Lovelace
