for all its worth, at least in my source (MM, mekhon mamre) the word
in Prov 7:20 is KS), not KSH. (MM also translates it as "full
moon"....). so i figured out that YWM KS) may be a public day when
some public figures have to "chair" an event (hence the man has to
be back home). i admit this interpretation has no solid basis.
