Subject: [b-hebrew] Clear your browser cache to see the upgrade of the Unicode/XML Westminster Leningrad Codex

Browsers store copies of some downloaded elements in a cache. When a
page is loaded these copies are used instead of downloading the materials.
The Unicode/XML Westminster Leningrad Codex has many bits and pieces,
some of which browsers will normally cache. Thus the site may be
upgraded, but the some of the components displayed are the old ones
cached by the browser. To get a totally new download of a site, the
browser user should clear the cache, so that only new components are used.
On Firefox, the Tools -> Clear Recent History... menu item allows
clearing the cache with a checkbox "Cache".
On Internet Explorer 9, Safety -> Delete browsing history ... menu item
allows clearing the cache with a checkbox "Temporary Internet files".
In honesty, this has fooled me, too, at times.
