George, this is very disappointing. The proper transliteration is
P*neg!?a-mulkh, with the * representing a reverse glottal flip, and the !?
representing the tri-uvular click (it's amazing the sounds that can be
generated by beings with three uvulae). It's also clear that Qohelet was
influenced by High P*neg!?a-mulkhian, rather than the later colonial
dialects from their settlements in the Gamadean cluster. Please be more
careful of your facts in the future.
Sorry... sometimes I get this list confused with the sci-fi list I'm on, not
sure why...
