Yes and no.
I think we should write after K (under K in the Hebrew) a shewa and not
vowel I (hireq).
Namely K:LIYFH.
By the way, dear Moderators, in the "Transcription Guidelines" I see no mark
provided to transcribe the mappiq. Maybe you should provide one.
