actually, it confirms the vocalization of the MT,
and 900 years earlier than MT,
since it writes Jerusalem YRWShLYM with a yod,
contra the typical MT consonantal without -YM.
ha-qdusha 'the holy (city)' is also spelled plene.
sh(ana) g, shows use of letters for numbers.
The MT with -YM only occurs 5 times, one of which is Jeremiah 26.18,
the other four are post-exilic: Ester-1 and Chron-3xx.
