Dave Donnelly's referenced post shows that the b-hebrew list allows URLs
to be passed to list readers. Here are a few of tips for readers
referencing the Unicode/XML WLC site:
1. Blanks in URLs break many mail system's handling of URLs, as in
produces the desired result. The blank does appear in the browser
address bar and is preserved in the pasting into the post. It's the mail
system that breaks the URL at the blank. Place a blank between the URL
and any trailing punctuation, too.
2. In moving from one site URL to another that differ only in their
citation, no change in display may occur. This is because browsers
don't reload when only the data after the hash '#' sign has changed.
