This 2 vol. set just came to my attention:
Ian Young, Robert Rezetko and Martin Ehrensvärd, Linguistic Dating of Biblical

I have only had a chance to glance through it, and so have no opinion on it
yet,
but it does appear to be a comprehensive treatment of most, if not all, of the
questions raised in this thread.
