This is a useful thing to know about your circumstances (as opposed to
thinking that you simply don't want to read, which is sometimes what comes
across in your posts. This is why I have asked you at times what your
background is with regard to Hebrew study. It is helpful to know whether a
person is in the beginning stages and is engaging in self-study,, whether
the person is an intermediate student at a university which might have
access to materials through interlibrary loan, or whether the person is a
Ph.D. level scholar. I'm not asking this just so that I can create some kind
of "I'm better than Jim" mentality. It really does help me to know what kind
of information you might need when I am addressing my replies to you.
On another note, I still think you are reading a lot of motives into this
debate and assuming that people are directing things at you that just
aren'tthere. Your original post on the concept of Hebrew as a holy language
generally intrigued me. My reference points for this discussion are quite
different from yours. Perhaps we could learn things from each other...
