The Mesha (or Moabite) stone (or stele) was written in the 9th century BCE.
And in the Western Semitic (including Hebrew and Moabite) orthography
(that's "spelling") of the time, vowels were not written at all. So it was
written YHWH. How it was vocalized is anyone's guess.
