Ted,
Exodus 20:17
LA XHMD AWX ROc

Deuteronomy 5:21
VLA XHMD AWX ROc

AWX here is the transliteration of aleph, shin, tav. It is generally
translated as feminine singular in todays Bibles. How is this possible?
Is a feminine plural rendering also possible? Is there some paper I can
read that covers this issue?

I don't see this sequence of letters in Exodus 20:17. It is:

LA TXMD BYT ROK.

But you are also using abnormal transliteration. The symbol for aleph is ). The symbol for tav is T.

Yours,
Harold Holmyard
