JW:
Following is a comparison of the wording of Isaiah 7:14 with Judges 13:5.
The predictions and wording are very similar with the main difference being
7:14
is to a 3rd party (Ahaz) and 13:5 is to a 2nd party (wife of Manoah).

Comparison of 13:5:
HNK - Imperative to observe an existing/imminent physical condition.
Supports HNH of 7:14
having a similar meaning.
H(LMH - No such identification required for 2nd party. Supports an
understanding that H(LMH
of 7:14 is only needed to help identify to a 3rd person.
HRH - Looks to me like a Verb here but either way the context indicates the
Perfect. Supports
HRH of 7:14 as also perfect.
For the most part, same rhyme, same BT channel. Perhaps some here would like
to argue that
13:5 also refers to JtB.
