The Sourceforge "Leningrad Codex" is a transcription of the Westminster
Leningrad Codex (WLC) text dated 3 July 2004. The WLC is actively maintained
by the Westminster Hebrew Institute and improvements are continually being
made. The version transcribed at
is from the WLC text of 5 June 2006. Differences in WLC texts about a year
apart are shown from the Supplements link at this site. In the annual
update to 5 June 2006, 1 consonant, 172 vowels, 29 accents, and 506
morphological divisions were changed.

JCR: I suspected the sourceforge version may be a little
outdated. Is there a link for the download of the
entire xml file of the present WLC? I'd like to run it
through my frequency parsing algorithms.
