Subject: [b-hebrew] Cookies for the Unicode/XML WLC Tanach?
Date: Fri, 02 Dec 2005 07:55:27 -0500
Cookies allow browsers to maintain user-selected preferences from
session to session. For example, a user of the Unicode/XML WLC Tanach
might prefer a smaller font size than the default font size. By using
cookies, the site could provide a smaller font size whenever that user
accesses the site.
Cookies can also be abused, as we all know.
Would the use of a cookie for the user-settable options of Layout,
Content, Font, and DH be acceptable to you? Please advise off-list.
