...Indeed. I am not sure that "dinosaur" is the best analogy here as they are now thought to have died in a sudden catastrophe. Eudora would be better likened to a common animal which (at least on an evolutionary model) failed to adapt to a changing environment and so gradually became extinct, replaced by animals which were more adaptable.
But the real problems are for the few list members who are stuck with
working from old mainframe systems which only support ASCII text. Also
those who insist on using dinosaur mail clients like Eudora which
continue to make no attempt to support Unicode.
HH: Since I do use Eudora, perhaps that is the problem.
