This is not entirely true. The story of Job depicts Yahowah as allowing
bad things to happen to Job after Satan's plea to be allowes to test his
faith.
Yahowah allows this to happen but places restrictions on Satan i.e. Satan
can cause all kinds of damage and cause all kinds off losses but cannot
touch Job's soul (nephesh).
Satan is the instigator and curser.
Yah is the allower and protector and finally the blesser.
