One way to include Hebrew is to specify the Unicode characters explicitly. Take a look at
http://www.cvkimball.com/Tanach/Lists/FontTest.html
.
It also shows how to specify the font in a <span> tag. You'll need to do this for some biblical symbols that are not in the standard Hebrew font.
Another way is to find a Unicode editor and cut and paste Hebrew text directly into your page.
