The question was if one could find the expression BT QWL in the OT/Hebrew,
not in the Christian book of Revelation.
The answer is no, the expression BT QWL can be found no where in the T"NK
which you referred to as the OT/Hebrew.

You might also check Rev 1.10 which sounds suspiciously like the Bat Qol to
me.
